Our Bones – All the Time

I’m pleased to write about the new single All the Time from Our Bones, offering a fresh and compelling chapter in their catalog. From the opening chords the track sets a tone that balances urgency and introspection, giving the listener something immediate yet layered. The band harnesses a strong alternative-rock energy throughout, but what stands out is how seamlessly they fold in thoughtful reflection  a quality that elevates the piece beyond mere sonic punch.

The lyrics explore feelings of isolation and collective frustration, a “tongue-in-cheek expression of our isolated and yet somehow shared exacerbation about the state of our world”, as the band described it.  The juxtaposition of individual powerlessness and communal fate gives the song real depth. The vocal delivery carries genuine emotion; the instrumentation drives the groove but never drowns the message. The production is sharp and focused, reminding longtime listeners of the band’s roots yet pointing to a refined future.

“All the Time” succeeds on multiple levels: it’s memorable, meaningful and musically confident. Our Bones show they still have boldness in their voice and more importantly, they know how to use it.
